Introduction
Almighty God has created the world for lofty objective and has created human being with special characters to reach to the position of slavery and "vice regent of God" as well as has entrusted him (her) power and authority in order to distinguish right from unright and to gain his (her) dignity with will and pure deeds .
To guide and administer human being, Almighty God appointed his selective slaves as prophet hood and has determined the Islamic religion as the most complete religion religion of salvation by Prophet Mohammad ( ).
G Almighty God has laid holy Koran and house hold of prophet in order to human being to identify wags and rescue from misleadings resorting these two cores rescue human being from doubts and humiliation and leadman to salvation and has decided the secret of salvation and prosperity in the world and eternal world in obedience from God and holy prophet (may God send greeting to him and his family) and authorities and during great occultation of Imam of time (may God has ten his emergence) has called committed Muslims to guard divinely values against all invasions,conspiracies and deceptions of arrogants , infidels and hypocrats and enemies of God .
and has entrusted the duty of gihad ( holy war ) and uprising in the way of Allah under the leadership of gust juristprudence leadership to all those who wish Islamic soverignity to rescue God lovinig underprivilages from any kind of oppression and give them the Imanoate of earth and ( true inheritance ) and this matter will continue at any time and place and in any soeiety until the day of resuruction , because every day is A shura and every territory is karbala .
In the Ashura of our time, Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) who way from nobla progeny of Imam hossein (peace be upon him) requested help of Islamic ummah in 1341 of Iranian calendar (1962) to rescue Islam.
Aware Moslims and supporters of gurist prudence leadership responded the request of Imam and within 16 years , obeging Imam and grand leader of Islamic revolution suppered any kind of hardships and difficulties by their sacifices , devotness sincereties and difficultiaes by their sacifices , devotness and sincereties and didn't afraid of cannons , tanks and muchine guns , finally by the help of Almighty God and Imam's leadership , good office and wisenes of his pure followers achieved victory on the auspicious day of Bahman 22 , 1357 , ( Feb , 1979 ) and the Islamic republic way founded .
After the victory of Islamic revolution , the conspiracies of global arrogant and its mereeneries intensified , but Iranian God seeking nation by defending holy Islamic system under the leadership of Imam Khomeini ( peace be upon him ) foiled all internal and external conspiracies and consolidated the soverigntiy of Islam in Iran and gave new monentum to Islam in the Islamic renolution brought about hope that God willing , this divinely powerful morement may lead to a gust global Islamic rule under leadership of Imam zaman ( time ) .
During this period, extensive turn out of masses of peple in various arena was the best manifestation of revolution and most important supports of Islamic popular system.
Unity of people brought about a power which the leadership of revolution after over throw of hellish power of ungodly rule, foiled conspiracies and invasions of global arrogonce and its meraneries.
In spite of problems and soboteurs remained from tyrannical period of shah's era a and imperiulism domination, made possible the reconstruction of rusins and destructions.
Imam Khomeini harbinger and invitory of people to unity since 1341 (1962) called them for solidarity against ungodly rule and arrogance and ordered believers to organise themselves.
Islamic coalition was the first movement which in response to Imam's call was organized and plaged a magor role to organize Mogahedan and strugglers in the way of Allah and as martyor Beheshti say's:
It began and continued the Islamic movement and revolution among masses of people with their hard works, strong be liep, enthus asm and epic making ..., and Islamic coalition was committed that the movements should go ahead in linewith religious authority and comnitted and combatant Rohaniat (clergymen) and keep its Islamic identity ..., it depends to ummah and Immamate.
Islamic coalition, for the first time in the contemporary history of Iran established an idiological and religious movement under the leadership of gust jurisprudence leadership and religious authority and under supervision and guidance of clergies council, free of western and eastern models of organizations and parties raised the solgan of (fowller) in real term.
Islamic coalition party during period of its activities and ups and downs of this long period remained in true line of Imam and with its sincere services maintained the satisfaction of him that was the satisfaction of Almighty God.
The main figures of Islamic coalition party many times were blessed by Imam Khomeini and in Esfand 1367 (1988) Imam Khomeini agreed with the request made by Islamic coalition party for extensive consolidation of the organization and said: as you deem it expedient, I agree.
After demise of Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) Islamic party had the honour that his eminance Ayatollah Khamenei (may God grant him long life), gust jurisprudent and grand leader of Islamic revolution confirmed the continuation of activities of Islamic coalition party.

Deseription:
Islamic coalition party believes in pure Mohammadian Islam and fully believes the principle of Imamate and gustgursist prudent leadership and is committed to the constitution of I.R. Iran and its formation has been confirmed by Imam Khomeini and grand jurist prudent leader (his eminent ayatollah Khomeini).
Islamic coalition party considers itself as supporter of clergies of Islam jurisprudence leadership and noble combatant; arm of Islam republic system as well as render of services to people.
Objectives:
Performing its duties, full filing religious obligations in any place and time and acquiring satisfaction of God are regarded as the main objectives of Islamic coalition party and it is free from any impurities and visible and invisible poly the ism.
Islamic coalition party which follows the guidance of Imam Khomeini considers the objective of the movement as calling people to God not to itself. To this end, accept the guidance of jurisprudence leader as the best criteria and guidance making a Islamic society from its members and followers inside the movement which is exemplary and safeguarding values of Islamic revolution and line of Imam Khomeini for making a great and properous umman.
The plans and programmes of Islamic coalition party is based on pure Mohammadian Islamic, revolutionary principles and guidance of Imam Khomeini and jurisprudence leader and laws and regulations of Islamic republic of Iran.
Platform:
According to the said objectives, Islamic coalition party select persons in the way of God and ask them in the God loving movement and in connection with honorable jurist prudence leadership to identify Islam and sincerely practice it and introduce Islam to others and to perform religious duties in any time and do its best that this movement fully confirm martyor Beheshti’s words, as he say’s:
I hope the movement, in sincere line, believing in God, believing in revelation and day of resurnction and holy war either spiritually or materialy further bring fruity and be as a pure word that its roots deep in the earth and its branches be in endless at morpheme of sky and offer more favorable fruits to humanity and the history.
“Articles of association of Islamic coalition party”
Article 1- Name
“Islamic coalition party” which is called party in this articles of association.
Article 2 – objective of the party:
Better organize and unite believers to support properly the pure Mohammadian Islam may God send greeting to him and his house hold and maintain Imam Khomeini ’s way and obediance and support of jurisprudence leadership in order to render service to Islamic ummah and people as mentioned in the manifesto.
Article 3 – centeral bureau of the party.
The centeral bureau of the party located in Tehran and branch offices are established inside and outside of the country by observing law and agreement of centeral council.
Article 4 – period of activities
The period of activities is unlimited.
Article 5 – organizations of the party.
The organizations of the party includes, establishing board (supervision), general assembly, centeral council, executive board, external and internal offices.
Note: if jurisprudence leadership wants, his representative, from members or out of members, will stand at decided position by him.
Article 6 –Establishing board:
Islamic coalistion was founded in 1341(1962) by some brothers who responded to the call of Imam Khomeini as well as by the order of venerable Imam and in later years by following the guidances of Imam Khomeini and confirmation of his sincere followers such as, marty or Ayatallah beheshti has tried to render services to the school of thought and jurisprudence leader ship. In 1367(1988).
Based on the era requirement and with the permission of leader, some of reorganized the Islamic coalition who are called founding board.
Note 1: the twelve members of founding board are as follow:
1- Saeid Amani
2- Asadollah Badamchian
3- Abolfazl Tavakoli Bina
4- Mostafa Haerizadeh
5- Abolfazl Hajhaidari
6- Seyyad Askar Rokhsefat
7- Mohammad Javad Rafijdoust
8- Mehdi Saeid Mohammadi
9- Habibullah Asgaroladi
10- Habiballah Shafiq
11- Ahamad Karimi Isfahani
12- Javad Maqsoudi
Note 2: If a member of founding board achieves martyrdom, dies resigns or his non – qualification is proved for the said board, the board unanimously selects qualified persons from most senior members and introduces him to general assembly for ratification and vote of confidence.
Note 3: Founding board prepares ground for holding the first general assembly.
Note 4: After first general assembly, founding board is changed to supervision board and its duties will be in article 7.
Article 7- duties of supervision board
a- Supervision on good performance of general assembly’s affairs and adopt deeision on received complains.
b- Excelent and constant supervision on the general process of the formation.
c- To confirm qualification of applicants for membership of centeral council.
d- To introduce a Hernative persons for membership supervision board to general assembly.
Artiele 8- General assembly.
General assembly consisting of members holds its session every two years and its duties are as follow:
a- To hear secretary general’s report on the process of party’s two years activities.
b- To hear the report of supervision board on the two years activities of party.
c- To examine and criticize the previous platform of the party.
d- To examine and ratify the provision of manifesto and articles of association.
e- Vote of confidence to new members of supervision board.
f- Ratification of policy for two next years on the proposal of centeral council
g- Selection of members of council.
h- To examine the proposal for dissolution of party based on article (23) of articles of association.
Note 1: General assembly consisting of members of (supervision board, centeral council and officials of forum from throughout the country) will be opened with the presence of majority of invites, if the centeral council ratify some percents of selected persons of constituencies who are hamed according to resultions.
Note 2: The centeral council ratify the by-law of each general assembly.
Note 3: If the conditions are not suitable for the formation of general assembly, the centeral council with two third of votes and mentioning reason can postpone the time of holding general assembly at most for one year.
Artiele 4: The selected member for each ordinary general assembly will be credible until formation of the next general assembly and will take part in the extraordinary general assemblies.
Article 9- Extraordinary general assembly
Upon the proposal of secretary general and ratification of two third of the whole votes of centeral council and the request of the majority of supervision board and one third of the all members of the party is extraordinary G.A hold in accordance with the latest statistic and its duties are as follow:
a- Ratification of changes of manifest to provision and articles of association.
b- Ratification of changes of two years policy
c- To examine the proposal on dissolvement of party based on article 23 of articles of association.
Article 10- procedure of inviting the members of general assembly.
The members should be invited fifteen days prior of holding general assembly via publication of party or one of the highly ciculated news papers or written invitation.
Note: the members of general assembly shall be informed of all regulations of general assembly and proposed policy, changes in manifest to and articles of association as well as the names of alternative members of supervision board and candidates of centeral council with their biographies after confirmation of centeral council fifteen day’s prior of holding general assembly.
Article 11- centeral council
The centeral council bears the responsibility of running affairs favorable organizing, planning and leadership of the party and consists of at most thirty official members and five substitute ones who are elected in one phase with covert rotes of general assembly for two years.
Note 1: the members of centeral council may be reduced or increased with the approval of general assembly.
Note 2: the centeral council will be officially convened with the presence of two third of members and its ratification enter in to force by the votes of two third of present members.
Note 3: the centeral council shall have session at least once in fifteen day’s and secretary general or his senior deputy bear its chairmanship and if they are not present, the executive secretary shall run the session.
Article 12- Duties of centeral council
a- Electing one person as secretary general, senior deputy of secretary general and two secretaries for two years from them selves at the first session.
b- Electing executive secretary and his senior deputy on the proposal of secretary general for two years from members of centeral council.
c- To determine organizational structure of party suitable for time and based on organizations inserted in the articles of association.
d- Ratification of term of reference and the seale of authorities of centers, units, delegations and heaquarters.
e- Ratification of executive programs of two years policy of the party.
f- Electing the centeral selection board consisting of four persons of centeral council and authority of in charge of formation.
g- Electing advisors, inspectors and secretary general’s deputies upon his proposal.
h- Ratification of opening bureaus out side and inside the country.
k- Ratification of annual budget and financial balance and its settlement.
L- Ratification of extraordinary general assembly in accordance with article 9 of articles of association.
M-Ratification of duties which in the other articles of association have been assigned to the centeral council.
Note: secretary general is responsible to notify the ratification of centeral council and issuance of orders of officials of the party.
Article 13- procedure for accepting resignation, impeachment and dismissal of party’s officials.
a- Accepting resignation or dismissal of secretary general and their senior deputies is subject to the votes of three fourth of centeral council members.
b- Accepting resignation of each member of centeral council is subject to the notes of three fourth of centeral council members.
c- Dismissal of each member of centeral council is subject to the notes of three fourth of three fourth of joint session of supervision board and centeral council.
d- Centeral council can censure each of the party’s officials.
e- Secretary general can accept resignation or dismissal of other officials of the party.
Article 14- procedure for accepting resignation, suspension, dismissal of members.
Secretary general may accept resignation or suspend membership or dismiss each member of the party after acquiring the report of centeral selection board.
Article 15- Executive board
a- Executive board bears the responsibility of implementation of ratifications of centeral and executive secretary is its chairman and in this absence his senior deputy holds it.
b- According to this articles of association, in order to hold responsibilities such as, rank and file or staff, the members of executive board are elected for two years preferably from centeral council and may be reelected.
Artiele 16- outies of executive board.
a- To provide and propose the organisational structure and term of reference and the scale of their authorities to the centeral council for ratification.
b- To provide and propose the executive programmes based on two years policy and to present them to centeral council for ratification.
c- To provide and propose the policy of party’s publications and to present it to centeral council for ratification.
d- To provide and ratify various required regulations of the party (except cases which referred to other organisation in the articles of association).
e- To provide and propose annual budget and its distribution and balance as well as to present it to centeral council for ratification.
f- To propose opening party’s offices inside and outside the country to the centeral council for ratification.
g- To decide about executive issues of the party and the method of implementation.
Note: Executive board session is held at least once a week.
Article 17- the offices of the party inside and outside the country.
Brothers and sisters whose applications outside and inside the country have been confirmed may has tale as the office of the party in accordance with standards, regulations and current laws.
Article 18- forum
Form is gathering of a group of members that formation decides on it and come to gather in line with objectives of the party.
Procedure of electing the officials of forams shall be determined in the regulation.
Note: The order of head of every forum (elected by members of the forum) will be issued and informed by head of formation of each office for one year.
Article 19- member
Member of the party is struggler muslim and committed to pure Mohammadian Islam jurisprudence leadership, principles of Islamic republic as well as constitution and has accepted the manifest to and articles of association of Islamic collision party and has no criminal record and is ready to render sincerely service to people.
Note: membership of members of the party in every organisation, party, association and any other political movement are allowed with the ratification of centeral council.
Artiele 20- financial resources.
Financial resources of the party include, membership fee, receiving gifts and legal aids such as (testimonies, gifts and authorised funds)
Article 21- Authenticity of documents.
Biniding documents of the party shall be signed by secretary general or his senior deputy or executive secretary and head of administrative and fin uncial as well as seal of the party.
Article 22- Distribution of budget and financial affairs provides the distribution of budget and financial balance of the party annually throughout the country and after ratification of executive board present it to centeral council for confirmation.
Note: the financial year of the party shall be from Farvardin until end of Esfand.
Article 23- liquidation or dissolvement of the party.
a- View of then jurisprudent leadership concerning liquidation or dissolvement of the party.
b- Votes of two third of general assembly members and requesting non – opposed view of jurisprudent leadership
Article 24- Determine the fate of properties of the party after dissolvement.
All properties and belongings of party will put at disposal of jurisprudent
Leadership, if the party is dissolved.
Article 25- information about dissolvement ministry of interior and all members of the party will be informed of the dissolvement or liquidation at the earliest possible time and will be declared in the may media.
Article 26- information on changes of articles of association of the party:
Any change in the article of association, except article 24, a is unchangeable, according to party’s committment to observe constitution of I. R. Iran and based on laws of parties will be informed it to the committee of article 10.
Article 27- articles and the date of ratification of articles of association
a- This manifesto and articles of association had been reviewed and ratified on Azar 11,1372(December 1993) in 27 articles and 19 notes by extraordinary general assembly (congress) of the Islamic coalition party and extraordinary general assembly reviewed and amended it on Azar 11, 1378 (December 1999) and ratified it in 27 articles and 20 notes.
b- The manifest to and articles of association were reviewed and amended on dey 18, 1382 (January 2003) and ratified it in 27 articles and 18 notes.
According to article 6, supervision board introduced Alah Mir Mohammad sadeqi as successor of hag saeid Amani to the general assembly and was elected and confirmed with 428 votes out of 472 votes.
 

Explaining the emblem of Islamic coalition party
1- The plan has taken from the word jalaleh (God) that all affairs and things eminate from him and belong to him. all existence manifests in this word and all wags lead to him. The word Allah (God) includes all characters of God.
God is accepted by all religions and it is the word that can be ones of understanding amony all religions.
2- The first appearance of emblem is “star” which is the manifestation of shinning, beauty and light in the dark night, and in the Islamic school of thought imams (peace be upon them) are called most shinning stars. Star in the emblem of party indicates that God oriented party shines as a star in the darkness of material world.
3- The star has been created by combination of two revolving squares that shows movement and dynamism.
4- Square and geometric figure indicates decipline and dimention and shows the framework organisation.
5- The hidden appearance shows the word “God is only one” that magnificently has been drawn in the word of Allah it is a collection that extracted from verses of holy khoran and indicates the main principle of monotheism.
6- The word Lah (no) is taken from neither east, neither west.
7- The other hidden appearance shows exemplary pictures of book, pen and building that indicates culture and its deciplinary chart and organization.
8- The name of Islamic coalition party has been written as base on the star in order to show the safeguarding the word of monptheism and establishes the conneetion between emblem and party.
9- Emblem in any size has its own beauty.
10-The datey of establishment remind the view and attention of Imam Khomeini to the Islamic coalition party in 1342 (1963) and also show the history of the party.
