guests, chief administrative and
political members of Islamic parties
Take our gratitude in order to
acceptance and attendance in this
conference.
I and my Motalefeh party counterpart are
so glad doe to setting-up this
Preliminary conference in order to unity
and solidarity Islamic country parties.
Islamic Motalefeh parties which was
established 44 years ago by the goal of
pitch dominion base on Islam according
to the lead of Hazrat-e Ayatollah
Ruhollah Khomeini and our country
devotee, believes that Islamic Parties
base on custom of Prophets and lead of
the Koran are the best governor in order
to dominion over people.
Islamic Motalefeh during the four
decades has pass all kinds of and now we
need the help and support of the other
parties.
Unfortunately inactivity between politic
elites and religious parties in the
world of Islam make it hard to have
united country. Political, cultural,
economical and scientific capacity of
Muslims can rebuild Islamic culture.
If Muslim suffer from Zionism
If people of Iraq loss their security,
constancy and welfare
If people of Lebanon cannot destine
freely
If Afghanistan control by extremis and
anti-Islam regime
If Muslims of Pakistan deal with alien
and territorial
If people of Asian country suffer from
poverty and lag
All these problems can be fine in the
one reason and that is lack of unique
leader in all over of Islamic world.
In Islamic parties it is necessary to
uniform in cultural and ideological and
Islamic movement with the Islamic and
holy values with the guidance and
improvement in the political thoughts
and the analyses of the society and the
political movements and by developing
righteous and political personnel for
management in the Islamic countries as
parties' duty.
In this way the goal of parties in
Islamic countries differ from
American-European. So many of
American-European government and at the
head of them U.S. is against of Islamic
world.
Some years ago the supreme council of
foreign affairs "Announced 21century is
the century of Islam contrast and west
culture". President Bush after September
the eleventh said "we are at the
beginning of new crusade".
Thus if we want to help to unite Islamic
countries, it is important to:
· Help to responsibility in the society
· Considering the request of people
· Developing and regarding to reformer
elites in the society
· Avoid to selfishness and prejudice
· Do not limit your endeavor and effort
into the politic and deal with the
cultural and spiritual problems of
people and society
· Always considering maintaining of
national unity and social correlation as
first plan
· By correct analyze of world political
movement up to date your partials and
parties
Islamic Motalefeh party hopes this

conferences provide these goals for
Islamic parties and the world of Islam.
